Nik Pascal Raicevic released electronic music albums under several different names during his recording career that ran from 1969 to 1975. Pascal was the name used for The Sixth Ear album released in 1972.
Nik Raicevic's electronic music was published by Art in Space (BMI). He managed an art gallery on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood with the same name. His first album read: Electronic Music from ART IN SPACE.
Nik or Nicolas Raicevic is credited as the Composer and Producer of his albums, as well as the creator of the incredible futuristic paintings and illustrations. His artwork is still on display at several galleries and public spaces.

Nik Pascal Raicevic (1933-1994) was a space artist who introduced the world to future-realistic art that combined paintings, music and light. His albums were an entirely new concept in electronic music in the early 1970s. Often called a pioneer in the field, Nik's music influenced and inspired many other artists.
Nik Raicevic (aka Nik Pascal) 107-34-8933 (1969); re-released as Head (1970). The enigmatic Nik Raicevic definitely deserves mention as an influence on the development of space music. He not only found the spacey sounds, heavily reverberating over drones and rhythms, but was also inspired to make a connection between his music and psychedelic drugs. All of the tracks on this LP are named after drugs: “Cannabis Sativa” (17:30); “Methedrine” (6:00), and “Lysergic Acid Diethylamide” (8:50). Listen to “Cannabis Sativa” and you will hear a Moog Modular being manually manipulated in real-time with the tape running, plus some reverse tracks and additional effects added later. Raicevic followed this album with four more, all highly collectible: Beyond the End ... Eternity (1971); The Sixth Ear (1972); Magnetic Web (1973); Zero Gravity (1975).
Nik Raicevic worked on several albums as either artist or photographer. He also helped manage this band with Los Angeles DJ, Lord Tim Hudson. This was their first release from 1968, Just Colour.
Nik Raicevic's painting ended up on the cover for this little known rock band, Locust. They may have walked into his art gallery on Sunset Blvd. and selected one of his paintings on display at the time.
Brutal, caustic, volcanic—Evocative, flirting, caressing—Crisp, powerful, biting—Entrancing, embracing, exhilarating! Extend the stuff your music is made of with the MINIMOOG, a true Moog synthesizer which opens exciting new dimensions of expression to the creative professional.
The MINIMOOG is a well-bred performer. Precisely constructed, yet sensitive and responsive. Conveniently compact, yet it produces a wide range of tone colors. It lets you create many of the sound qualities made famous by Moog synthesizers.
Nik Raicevic utilized the MINIMOOG synthesizer on all of his albums, beginning with his first release, NUMBERS, in 1969. The remaining releases also incorporated the ARP 2600 synthesizer.
Nik's albums were promoted as being released on vinyl, 8-track and cassette tape. We've never seen an actual cassette tape for any of his albums. Only the vinyl and 8-track versions seems to exist. The 8-track tapes, if you can find them now, can be expensive. There were also promotion posters printed for some of his albums, like The Sixth Ear. They are rare as well.
The 8-track tapes were released by Narco Records. We're not sure if Buddah Records ever released an 8-track or cassette tape version of "Head." We have not seen one.
